Due to an exciting internal move, we have the opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Care & Treats team. This role will lead the strategic agenda for our care and treats brand, SCHMACKOS to maximise its growth opportunities and ensure the brand is consistently communicated across all touch points. You will lead the development of the 3-year growth plans and be responsible for delivery of the innovation pipeline, media strategies, activation strategies and the development of the supporting toolkits to enable execution with excellence by our category, shopper & sales teams, supported by the leadership of the Portfolio Director.
What are we looking for?
- University Graduate - Ideally within business / marketing
- A proven high performing Senior Brand Managerwith >6-8+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing, ideally in FMCG
- In depth understanding, knowledge and practical experience in consumer marketing with both global and regional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple brands / categories & leading cross function teams and / or developing team members
- Experience across Category / Shopper function would be of benefit.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Have ownership of the 3-year Growth Plans across Media, Innovation & Activation. You are responsible for managing a successful transition into deployment (led by our Shopper Activation Team) and you will work collaboratively to bring the full plan to life
- Lead and report on Brand Strategy & performance
- Own your brand comms strategy (leveraging where possible, work from the US), Creative Development & Budget Management
- Create and lead projects for the launch of your Innovation Pipeline & ensuring brand consistency in market working alongside R&D, Supply & Finance to build viable offers
