ClickSend is business communications software enabling companies of all shapes and sizes to easily send and receive SMS, MMS, Rich Media, Email, Voice and even Post worldwide via our very intuitive web app, much loved API docs and thousands of integration partners. ClickSend has SMS at its core and powers billions of messages worldwide but has expanded to offer a richer suite of products, providing choice and context to business communications. ClickSend is a SaaS product (well, more a CPaaS) focused on the SMB sector and has thousands of new customers sign up to its platform each month, and it’s growing year on year. ClickSend is a global company, part of the Sinch Group with a strong foothold in Australia/NZ, USA/Canada and UK/Europe, but is used, and loved, by businesses all around the world.


ClickSend is in a rapid phase of growth with lots of new products and features on its roadmap plus ambitious integration partner plans. There is a need for someone to own the marketing and promotion of new products, features, and new integration partners. That someone could be you.


We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager with a focus on B2B cloud communications products to join our fast-growing CPaaS company. As a Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our existing and new product offerings and new integration partners. Your goal will be to drive product awareness, generate demand, and accelerate customer adoption by effectively positioning and promoting our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for technology, excellent marketing skills, and a good understanding of the SaaS/CPaaS world.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging for our product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and engineering to refine product messaging and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features and integration partners, ensuring successful launches.
  • Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Create marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Working with the creative team, create high-quality marketing content including product collateral, sales enablement materials, website content, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and informative content for email marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Working with the senior copywriter, craft compelling product narratives and storytelling to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services.
  • Enable the sales team with the necessary product knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products and integration partners.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as product presentations, FAQs, battle cards, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct product training sessions and participate in sales meetings to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings across the sales organisation.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new market opportunities and make informed recommendations for product enhancements or new offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the cloud communications industry.


The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • A good knowledge of the cloud communications industry, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to gather market intelligence and identify customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CPaaS and related technologies is desirable.
