The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of our Chocolate portfolio in Denmark - including beloved brands like Marabou, Twist, and Daim.
Based in Denmark and reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll be at the heart of our growth agenda: shaping strategy, driving innovation, and delivering integrated campaigns that connect with consumers and excite our commercial teams.
This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building brands, and wants to make a tangible impact on business results.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Lead situational analysis, strategy development, and annual growth planning for the chocolate portfolio
- Build financial bridges and align growth targets with the sales organization
- Develop compelling trade sell-in stories that energize the sales team
- Present and align plans with key stakeholders across the business
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Own the full marketing mix - developing integrated 360° campaigns from brief to execution
- Lead cross-agency teams (advertising, media, digital, PR, experiential)
- Develop connection plans rooted in strong consumer insight
- Manage and optimize A&C investment to deliver outstanding ROI
Innovation & NPD Launches
- Develop launch campaigns covering both marketing and trade activation
- Set launch KPIs and track in-market performance
Business Performance & Planning
- Track business and market performance; recommend timely course corrections
- Provide updates for monthly business forums and leadership meetings
- Lead annual target setting and marketing inputs to demand consensus processes
What You Bring
Must-haves:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 6+ years of marketing and commercial experience in FMCG, with a proven track record in both ATL & BTL
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution skills
- Commercially well-rounded with solid business and financial acumen
- Fluent in both English and Danish (written and spoken)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in consumer research, data analysis, and insight interpretation
- Familiarity with Nielsen or similar market data tools
- Innovation management experience
