How you will contribute
Leveraging your strong cross-functional relationships, you will work in partnership with brand, sales and project teams to deliver core innovation plans and to strengthen the CLIF portfolio through innovation, renovation and special projects. You will work closely with expansion market BUs to accelerate CLIF growth globally, deploying equity growth model and supporting on core growth and core innovation workstreams, such as iPPA. You will lead the strategically important CLIF BLOKs as part of our Sports Specialty Channel strategy and design the future of Specialist Sports Nutrition for CLIF. You'll be fueled by your consumer and customer obsession in everything you do.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive our Core Innovation projects, working hand in hand with PCMs and cross-functional team to navigate challenges, accelerate timelines and consumer and customer led solutions. Own Accolade and similar systems inputs
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions (e.g., Packaging R&D, Sales, Distributors, Insights, Global Category Teams), leveraging an understanding of their workflows to align marketing strategies with execution. Work entrepreneurially and with high autonomy and agility to accelerate projects
- Participate in standing and ad hoc project meetings to ensure commercialization and execution is on track and compliant with Mondelez policies and procedures
- Support selling of innovation by collaborating with Sales and distributors on strategic engagement, selling toolkits, execution and implementation
- Influence expansion market BUs to deploy CLIF growth strategies
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- 5+ years' experience developing product innovations in the consumer packaged goods industry
- Commercialization experience working with both in-house and external manufacturers
- Working effectively with other marketing disciplines and with cross-functional teams
- Working with design, innovation and research agencies
- Analytical & creative problem solver -a balance of commercial pragmatism, strategic acumen and out-of-the-box thinker
- Consumer & customer obsessed
- Agile, passionate and humble
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and with global partners preferred
