It is structured into below expertise areas: Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, social Marketing, Media Activation, and Marketing Planning & Efficiency.
Core ResponsibilitiesBrand management is driving the brand management agenda for segments, including category & commercial strategies, innovation agenda, and managing licensors, media partner and agency relationships.
- Lead assigned consumer group and theme lines end to end business delivery with clear business strategy, product passion and experience, consumer and shopper centric mindset, integrated go-to-market approach (Digital, EC, and Retail driven).
- Lead the overall communication strategy and key communication platform strategy to drive overall LEGO branding and assigned theme lines awareness, desire and recruitment.
- Experience and ability to lead, partner with global teams to ensure portfolio, products and campaigns launching in CN with high relevance and resonate to Chinese consumers
- Experience and ability to partner with various commercial functions to drive the growth for assigned consumer group and theme lines
- Lead both internal function teams (eg: Media, Social/Digital, PR, channel marketing teams, etc.) and external agency to develop Masterbrand campaign (eg: CNY) for TTL LEGO brand building
Do you have what it takes?
- 8+ years of product and brand end to end management with proven success record
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing/Business or related major is helpful.
- Strong strategic thinking with proven business analytic skill & business know-how
- Strong project management skills: experience working in a very fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and getting things done at high quality
- Strong capabilities to collaborate and influence global teams, CN local cross-functions and external agencies to overcome obstacles.
- Passionate team player, resilient, proactive, agile.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
