Our Finance team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Senior Bookkeeper with meticulous attention to detail and professional communication skills to join our organization.

You will be handling both internal finance-related tasks, vendor and intra-department communications; therefore, great interpersonal skills are as important as your analytical skills.

• End-to-End Bookkeeping: Manage daily accounting operations up to trial balance, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, vendor payments and credit card matching.
• Israeli Tax Compliance: Prepare, reconcile, and submit timely monthly and annual statutory reports to Israeli tax authorities, including VAT, withholding tax, and National Insurance.
• Intercompany & Multi-Currency Transactions: Handle multi-currency accounting and intercompany transactions, aligning with the fast-paced nature of a global high-tech environment.
• Month-End Close: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy in accruals, prepayments, and financial reporting.

• Proven bookkeeping experience - at least 5 years in a similar position.
• Type 2 Bookkeeper diploma.
• Full proficiency in English (writing and oral).
• Experience with NetSuite - a must!
