Leads CX Operations with a focus on AI, automation, billing, and payments. Designs and deploys AI solutions and workflows using n8n, Make, Claude, AWS AgentCore, and LangChain; manages AI agents, CX systems, KPI reporting, and chatbot priorities. Oversees billing and payment operations, teams, controls, escalations, performance metrics, and continuous improvement while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

The SMB Account Executive develops business partnerships in the short-term rental industry, managing sales cycles of SaaS products, and meeting sales targets while utilizing Salesforce for pipeline management.

Own marketing analytics: monitor campaign performance, maintain dashboards and pipelines, define and track KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS), analyze lifecycle and campaign data, and present insights to marketing leadership to inform strategy.

Conduct inbound and outbound lead generation across European and international markets, engage multilingual prospects, qualify opportunities, map stakeholders, record activity in CRM tools, and meet sales-qualified lead and pipeline targets while collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.

Manage relationships with high-value customers, act as platform subject-matter expert, drive engagement and retention, negotiate renewals and upsells, deliver training, troubleshoot technical issues, and advocate customer needs to inform product improvements.

Lead and operate the global finance systems ecosystem (Zuora, NetSuite), own monthly billing, run end-to-end finance systems projects, design and optimize financial processes, ensure governance/compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally while mentoring team members.
