Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing applications using Java technology,
- Supporting the Tech Lead and the development team,
- Ensuring code quality and performing code reviews,
- Participating in deployments,
- Assisting the Product Owner in defining non-functional requirements,
- Being responsible for the technical vision of the product,
- Identifying and communicating alternative technical solutions,
- Communicating dependencies and obstacles in achieving business goals and the technical vision of the product,
- Maintaining standards, best practices, and processes for ensuring the technical quality of the product, including documentation and code review processes,
- Identifying and communicating technical debt.
Our requirements:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience,
- Practical knowledge of Spring Boot, Java, Gitlab, MS SQL, REST, SOAP,
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift,
- Willingness to participate in the entire software development process (from analysis, through development, to maintenance/support of your application),
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization,
- Familiarity with microservices architecture,
- Practical knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar,
- Desire to be a Mentor and Leader of the Java team,
- Responsibility for your applications/team’s work,
- Orientation towards working in an agile Scrum environment,
- Quick adaptation to new conditions and technological changes,
- Proactivity, desire for change, and excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence,
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch tools - experience in creating monitoring,
- Willingness to collaborate on the development of shared resources within the organization (CI/CD, tools).
