We are looking for a Senior Go Developer with strong technical expertise, deep problem-solving skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

**Working in a hybrid model! ( two days from the office, three days from home. )**
What will you do?
- Design and Develop scalable backend services for high-performance, distributed systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services into Mend’s security platform.
- 4+ years of experience in backend development using Go (Golang) or at least one other compiled language (e.g.Node.js Java, C++, Rust). – Must!
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL or SQL-based databases.
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues.
- Expertise in code analysis, debugging, and optimization.
- Proactive with a strong ownership and initiative-driven mindset.
- Bonus: Familiarity with MongoDB, Cybersecurity, SaaS, observability tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
