We are seeking a talented Senior Azure Data Lake Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake technologies and a strong background in data engineering and analytics. As an Azure Data Lake Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining data lake solutions to support our stakeholder's evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust data lake solutions on the Azure platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data lake architectures that meet business objectives.

Develop and maintain ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into the data lake.

Optimize data lake performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Implement data governance and security best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data lake management and analytics.
Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake technologies, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse and Azure Data Lake Analytics.

Strong in SQL.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Fluent in English.
Nice to have:

Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and experience with data warehousing techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or Scala.

Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Data bricks is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
