What you will be doing
- Quality analyst, team-based exploratory tester with healthcare / clinical experience
- Performs requirement reviews or sprint planning sessions and develops understanding of expectations
- Translates business and technical requirements into test cases, test scenarios and scripts
- Assists in evaluating testability of business and technical requirements based on business/functional requirement document, use cases, user stories and/or solution design documents
- Provides feedback on the target technical specifications from testability and feasibility point of view
- Evaluates quality of business requirements for medium to large projects based on Business Requirement Document (BRD), use cases and/or solution design documents
- uppSorts and helps establish systems environment standards, and quality parameters and targets
- Collaborates with project stakeholders to create a structured project test plan for all functional and technical system components, and defines assumptions, risks and user acceptance criteria
- Assists in coding and documenting custom testing frameworks and requirement traceability matrix
- Assists with setup and maintenance of test environments for both manual and automated testing
- Leverages automated testing suites, explores edge cases and drives quality with development teams
- Gathers test result data, assigns severity levels to issues, and documents accurate system response
- Performs initial analysis of defects, conducts root cause analysis, and escalates issues as per protocols
- Establishes processes and tool sets to maintain automation scripts and generates regular test reports for faster bug tracking and rapid reporting
- Partners with senior quality engineers to simplify and modernize testing tools and techniques to ensure code maximum coverage and constantly improve the ways of testing the products
- Actively participates in requirement/design reviews; identifies gaps during reviews and probes for detailed explanation of expectations
What your background should look like
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Associate in Software Testing
- Certified Software Quality Analyst
- Certified Test Engineer
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Comprehensive hands-on experience working with Tosca Automation tool or Comprehensive hands-on experience Selenium/Java/Cucumber/Salesforce automation
- Expert experience in SAP ECC/ S4 Hana Automation
- Good working experiene in Salesforce Automation
- Signicant experience in on API automation
- Broad experience in Automation DevOps integration
- Broad experience in using Jira/Zephyr/ADO/Xray or a test mgmt. tool
- Broad experience with cloud technology related to test automation is a plus
- Basic experience on any backend test automation
- Any Performance testing experience is a plus
