We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Developer to drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on business development performance
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
