The Role
Provide end-to-end legal representation in courts and administrative proceedings, with emphasis on oral/written advocacy, contract drafting, arbitration (sections 9, 11, 17, 34, 36, 37), WCC and criminal litigation. Conduct legal research, manage documentation and case portfolios, advise stakeholders on securities law for client onboarding, attend police stations, and mentor junior staff and interns.
