We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate – Human Resources to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR compliance, and general HR operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and statutory regulations.
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.
Manage full & final settlements and related documentation.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.
Prepare and file necessary statutory returns and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
Stay updated with changes in employment laws and ensure company policies reflect those changes.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Assist in audits and prepare required reports for internal and external stakeholders.
RequirementsKey Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and compliance.
Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Skills Required
