Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Endpoint & Operating System Management
  • Administer and support the SCCM (MECM) infrastructure supporting enterprise endpoints.
  • Manage Windows OS lifecycle activities including feature updates, in‑place upgrades, builds, and servicing.
  • Monitor endpoint health and proactively resolve OS‑level issues.
Software Deployment & Distribution
  • Execute software deployments, upgrades, and removals using SCCM in alignment with approved change requests.
  • Collaborate with Software Packaging and Fulfillment teams to ensure application readiness and deployment success.
  • Support deployments across physical devices, VDIs, and hybrid environments.
Patch Management & Vulnerability Remediation
  • Plan and implement monthly and ad‑hoc patching for Windows OS and third‑party applications.
  • Support vulnerability remediation activities to meet security SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Security and Risk teams to address critical vulnerabilities and audit findings.
Incident, Change & Problem Management
  • Provide Level‑2 / Level‑3 support for SCCM‑related incidents and deployment failures.
  • Participate in change planning, implementation, validation, and post‑implementation reviews.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain deployment, compliance, and patching reports for leadership and audit requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and configuration data updates in ServiceNow and related systems.
  • Support internal and external audits with required evidence and reporting.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
  • Partner with VDI, IAM, Packaging, Software Fulfillment, Change Management, and Security teams.
  • Provide technical inputs during release planning, major deployments, and service improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM
In‑depth knowledge of Windows OS, patching, and endpoint management
Experience with software deployments, collections, compliance baselines, and reporting
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, Change Management, and ServiceNow
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for endpoint and deployment issues
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting VDI or hybrid endpoint environments
  • Exposure to enterprise security and vulnerability management
  • Prior experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
