As we continue to grow, we're hiring a Lead Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy strategy and consulting services.
Position Overview:The Lead Pharmacist is a leadership role responsible for providing strategic, financial, and clinical consulting services across all pharmacy solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with proven experience in managing sophisticated pharmacy clients and driving sales goals. The position offers the flexibility to be an individual contributor or to lead a team of pharmacy consultants.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive pharmacy benefit strategies to maximize savings for employer clients through consulting arrangements, including PBM procurement and market checks.
Client Consultation and Engagement: Act as a senior consultant by offering direct client interactions and engaging with leadership teams to foster strong client relationships and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Innovation and Market Influence: Drive fundamental changes in the pharmacy consulting market, engage regional consultants, and lead the development and launch of new capabilities with scalable revenue.
Project and Team Management: Lead significant projects and potentially manage a team of pharmacy consultants, overseeing project deliverables and ensuring excellence in execution.
Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and updates on industry trends, and contributing to the firm's thought leadership.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmacy consulting, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
Recognized expertise in the PBM marketplace and pharmacy benefits.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing client and internal team interactions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with dynamic timelines and deliver on strategic objectives.

Pay Range
180,000 - 250,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
