Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Manager, Partner and Influencer Marketing to lead our creator and ecosystem strategy in the Greater China region. This role is designed for a "builder" who excels at outreach and partner acquisition, capable of opening doors within complex B2B environments.
You will focus primarily on driving brand authority and growth through Influencers (KOLs/KOCs) and Media Partners, while simultaneously cultivating a high-conversion Affiliate network and a strategic Ecosystem of industry partners. Reporting to the Field and Partner Marketing Lead, you will serve as the "bridge" between our global strategy and the localized tactics required to dominate the Chinese digital and professional landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Tier Partner Outreach & Management
  • Influencer & Creator Seeding: Source and scale a network of B2B-focused KOLs and KOCs across Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Channels, Douyin, Bilibili, YouTube and emerging B2B professional forums. Focus on "Human-Centric" storytelling to demystify complex products like FX transfers and AI billing.
  • Media Partnerships: Identify and forge deep relationships with vertical industry media. Drive brand awareness and lead growth through high-impact content collaborations, online placements, and co-branded industry activations.
  • Ecosystem Alliances: Proactively scout and onboard upstream and downstream partners (e.g., technology providers, industry associations, and trade bodies) to build a robust B2B support network and drive joint value propositions.
  • Affiliate Network Growth: Develop and manage a performance-based affiliate program. Identify high-potential publishers and niche partners to directly drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

2. Operations & Stakeholder Management
  • Internal & External Navigation: Act as a key liaison between global marketing teams, local sales leaders, and external partners. Navigate complex stakeholder requirements to ensure program alignment and brand safety.
  • Performance Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights (Video View, CPR, CPE, Viral Post Rate, and Leads) to continuously refine ROI and lead capture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, influencer marketing, or partner management, preferably within the fintech, SaaS, or cross-border payment sectors.
  • China Market Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with the China digital ecosystem (RedNote, Douyin, WeChat, Baidu) and a proven track record of driving business outcomes through influencer-led seeding and trust building.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million RMB budgets and high-frequency event calendars with meticulous attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and data analytics platforms (GA4, BI tools).
  • Communication Skills: Native-level Mandarin and professional-level English (written and verbal), with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships across different cultural contexts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Niche Network: Existing relationships with B2B-focused creators, trade associations, or financial industry media partners in the Greater China region.
  • Regional Strategy Experience: Experience scaling B2B marketing programs across multiple Asian markets (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, or Southeast Asia).
  • Global Collaboration: Comfortable working across time zones and translating global brand briefs into high-impact local activations.
