Responsibilities
- Process required paperwork and provided customer Service for new and existing business. This may include new business applications, maintenance items, transfer paperwork and various other supplemental accounting paperwork.
- Review broker dealer new business submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify cases that are not in good order (NIGO) in order to alert our Field force for resolution.
- Process client data into back-office systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Research and resolve operational issues as needed.
- Identify and resolve problems using Root Cause Problem Solving tools.
- Work effectively to meet/exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Knowledge on MS excel, MS word and MS power point is needed.
- Macro coding and VBA knowledge would also be preferred
Qualification
5+ years of financial services industry knowledge
• MBA College degree preferred or equivalent business experience
• Knowledge and understanding of FINRA/SEC rules and regulations preferred
• As a member of the Wealth Management team, you will be subject to supervision requirements including Non-Registered Fingerprinting (NRF) and personal trading account oversight.
• Strong organization and analytical skills
• Excellent data entry skills
• 5 to 8 years of financial services industry knowledge or experience in the similar process support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
• Ability to work overtime and/or work a flexible shift arrangement as business needs arise.
Work timings:
This role requires flexibility to work in shifts (regular, afternoon shift, and night shift in India) as per business requirements on a rotational basis. Team members may require working in India night shifts initially for a few weeks for trainings.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of financial services industry knowledge or similar process-support experience
- MBA or equivalent business experience
- Knowledge and understanding of FINRA and SEC rules and regulations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
