  • Provide on-site support for audiovisual hardware, including the following types:
    • Conference Rooms
    • Collaboration Spaces
    • Digital Signage
    • TV Carts
  • Routine physical room checks for high profile spaces
  • Along with the India campus, provide remote support for this hardware for global command centers in Romania
  • Provide event support in India as a technology operator when needed
  • Aid in setting up conference room meetings for senior leadership team members when requested
  • Help maintain inventory of hardware in production at the India campus
  • Maintain stock of supplies and hot swappable items for room repair
  • Document Support Processes and Troubleshooting Guides to the Service Desk
  • Provide end-user support, consulting, or education to event sponsors
  • Perform proactive activities to resolve problems or identify resolution to appropriate party or vendor
  • Triage and troubleshoot emergent technology problems in conference and event spaces or with digital signage as they arise
  • Notified for support through ServiceNow Tickets, email requests, Slack/Teams conversations, or alerts on monitoring dashboard
  • Report out metrics and information through established processes
  • Able to operate with ease in high visibility situations
