• Bring clarity, consistency, and strong visual judgment to everything we ship

• Own BJAK’s visual identity across channels — from layout and typography to motion and campaign visuals

• Translate marketing and business objectives into strong, clear creative directions

• Develop concepts and visual systems that scale across campaigns and markets

• Ensure consistency across digital, social, product, print, and performance creatives

• Lead, mentor, and review work from designers and creative contributors

• Set a high bar for craft, speed, and execution under tight timelines

• Give clear, actionable feedback and guide the team toward better outcomes

• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scale

• Partner closely with growth, product, and leadership teams on key initiatives

• Use performance data and feedback to iterate and improve creative output

• Stay current with design, branding, and content trends to keep the brand fresh

• Care deeply about visual storytelling, clarity, and brand consistency

• Are hands-on and comfortable moving fast without sacrificing quality

• Lead confidently while staying close to the work

• Perform well in ambiguity and don’t need rigid playbooks

• Take ownership end-to-end and focus on impact, not just delivery

• Push back against average work and constantly raise the bar

• Juggle multiple projects while staying structured and focused

• Communicate clearly and handle feedback with maturity

• Want to build something meaningful, at scale, and at speed

• 4–6 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership

• Strong portfolio showing visual systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work

• Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content

• Experience guiding designers and improving output through feedback

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

• Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
