Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (MIS degree is preferred)
- Provide IT support, maintenance, and project execution activities within the ERP Quote-to-Cash business process environment, aligning with overall organizational strategies, goals, and objectives. This includes investigating and assisting in the resolution of system-related issues as required.
- Collaborate with business representatives and IT teams to design, develop, and implement information technology solutions that support the organization's business processes.
- Support and maintain SAP SD functionality, configuration, and technical objects within the SAP environment.
- Provide guidance to business users in developing test plans, test scripts, training plans, and training materials. Assist with SAP testing, quality assurance, and monitoring activities.
- Provide functional support to reporting teams and end users to ensure the organization's SAP SD and overall Quote-to-Cash reporting requirements are met.
- Maintain documentation related to system design, configuration changes, custom developments, and business processes within the SAP SD environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2025 (On Premise) is preferred.
- Experience with SAP aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise), ATP (Available-to-Promise) and Backorder Processing (BOP) is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter who can quickly become productive with minimal SAP guidance and supervision.
Job Summary
Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs complex software applications for enhancements and new products. Develops software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Works with stakeholders to perform application functionality gap analyses and feasibility studies for application enhancements.
- Develops and documents complex technical design specifications to meet business needs identified through application requirements, user stories, support tickets, and test defects.
- Builds software enhancements through configuration and/or development to meet desired functionalities.
- Performs unit testing on application enhancements prior to moving coding and configuration through the quality assurance process.
- Develops, defines, and reviews test plans and scripts for functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyzes applications for compliance with security protocols and recommends changes as needed.
- Participates in and leads incident management activities, including troubleshooting and performing after action reviews and tasks.
- Leads workstreams for smaller projects and provides training and guidance to junior engineers.

- May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.
Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
