As a Senior UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Developer, you will design, build, and continuously improve scalable UKG solutions that enable accurate timekeeping, efficient scheduling, reliable payroll integrations, and a better employee experience across EMEA and APAC. This role requires more than configuration expertise-you will translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions, partner closely with HR, Payroll, Product, and Technology teams, and contribute to global standards, governance, and reusable delivery practices. Your work will directly support thousands of employees while helping modernize the platform and advance the shift from project-based delivery to a product-focused operating model.
Key Accountabilities
• DESIGN, BUILD & OPTIMIZE UKG SOLUTIONS: Design and configure advanced UKG Pro WFM solutions across Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and related modules. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and configurations. Continuously improving system performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.
• TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT: Ensure the reliability, scalability, and accuracy of data exchanges across HR, Payroll, and enterprise systems. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct root-cause analysis to deliver sustainable, long-term resolutions.
• DELIVERY & EXECUTION: Lead and participate in full-lifecycle delivery-design, build, test, deploy, and ongoing support. Support global rollouts and platform enhancements across multiple regions and business units. Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and the reuse of proven solutions.
• COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Product, IT) to align solutions with business outcomes. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and contribute to best practices. Act as a trusted technical expert for UKG Pro WFM capabilities and integrations
Qualifications
• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM development and configurations
• UKG Pro Timekeeping Certified
• Hands-on expertise in UKG Pro timekeeping modules including Boomi integrations, Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Attestation
• Agile project management experience
