Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning
Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices
Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires.
In this role you will:
Provide support and direction in working with JMS and copack fruit processing locations, third party warehouses, and JMS operations in fulfilling fruit requirements and inventory levels.
Maintain JMS fruit planning systems to determine replenishment requirements of frozen fruit supply to support production locations.
Create raw material intercompany transfers of frozen fruit via truckload and rail shipments to balance network inventory.
Create truckload shipments of raw material fruit to production locations to support production needs. Understanding quality requirements for storage and thaw times.
Act as single point of contact for intermediate frozen warehouses relating to fruit deployment activities and inventory controls. Including annual contracts, PO and invoice approvals, and involvement in annual budget planning.
Manage deployment activities in support of special projects and acquisitions. Support new product launches
Analyze and determine rules for inventory and replenishment plans that production needs while minimizing supply chain costs
Facilitate the review and resolution of potential inventory shortages
Troubleshooting and identify root cause for all problems associated with the movement and production of fruit
Monitor inventory levels of fruit and identify opportunities for inventory reduction
Support supply planning manager with projects, routine inventory discussions, and analysis using system and off-line tools.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience in inventory management and/or supply chain
Desire and ability to identify improvement opportunities
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and listening skills
Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong organization and time management skills
