Overview of the Role
This position offers the exciting opportunity to be a part of the salesforce.com Product & Pricing Operations Team. The person will be responsible for integrating price books and products in support of our Lead to Cash operations and systems.
In this era of digital transformation, you will not only manage traditional systems but also leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows and improve data accuracy. The ideal candidate is a self-directed leader with a strong project management background, capable of managing complex lifecycles and troubleshooting configurations. While the core of this role is operational delivery and project leadership, you will also utilize data analytics and AI-driven tools to enhance project accuracy and automate reporting workflows. Successful candidates will be able to work effectively within cross-functional teams to identify and gain agreement on business requirements and track all project tasks and issues.
Responsibilities

  • Foster process and technical system improvements

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and manage project lifecycles (tasks, issues, and risks) with a focus on scaling operations through technology

  • Manage projects including tracking tasks, issues, system requirements, and risks

  • Configure new price books and product SKUs in salesforce systems

  • Identify product packaging and quoting business requirements and system impacts

  • Lead in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of new product configurations

  • Build out discounting structure in our quoting system

  • Facilitate process and technical system improvements by identifying opportunities to automate manual data entry and configuration tasks using AI and Salesforce flow automation

  • Produce high-quality process documentation, utilizing Generative AI to maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge base for the Partner Operations ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in complex business and technical environments (Lead-to-Cash experience preferred)

  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Project management methodology

  • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).

  • ​Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ

  • Experience with Prompt Engineering or using GenAI tools to streamline business analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in a CRM context (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or automated pricing engines)

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets to identify patterns, troubleshoot configurations, and build results

  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and an appreciation for precision and detail

  • Demonstrated ability to foster process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results

  • Ability to work with autonomy and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts.

  • Technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce and CRM

  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on collaborative problem-solving

  • Collaboration and Empowerment attitude with a strong sense of team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Price book management experience is a plus
