The Financial Planning & Operations team is part of Global Finance and is responsible for planning, forecasting, and analytical activities that support business decision-making and provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial health by bringing together financial, operational, and external data.

The team supports strategic planning, owns the annual planning cycle and monthly forecasting processes, and generates market- and regional-level insights to understand the key drivers of business performance. By identifying emerging trends and developing early warning signals, the team helps anticipate risks, uncover growth opportunities, and enable timely, accurate, and data-driven decision-making across the business.

About the Role
  • Assist in delivering and continuously improving global financial planning processes in assigned markets and regions. Make sure planning activities are completed accurately and consistently according to global standards.

  • Partner with Finance and market stakeholders to support planning cycles, address business requirements, and drive the adoption of global planning processes and capabilities.

  • Contribute to improvements in execution, systems enhancements, and transformation initiatives that strengthen planning effectiveness, efficiency, and user experience.

Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial planning activities for assigned markets and regions, ensuring adherence to governance standards, planning calendars, and process requirements.

  • Support planning improvements in execution, systems enhancements, and transformation initiatives through analysis, testing, and effective collaborator engagement.

  • Prepare planning analysis, KPI reporting, and process documentation to support governance, continuous improvement, and informed business decision-making.

  • Resolve planning queries and collaborate with stakeholders to address issues, improve process effectiveness, and enhance the overall user experience.

  • Find opportunities to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve planning activities across the assigned portfolio.

About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics

  • 2–4 years of relevant Finance experience, ideally within FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business analysis.

  • Good understanding of financial planning and forecasting processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach and strong attention to detail.

  • Experience using financial planning, reporting, or analytical tools (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or equivalent).

  • Good communication and partner management skills, with the ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships.

  • Proactive and well-organized, with a strong sense of ownership and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
