Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute standard service transactions by following established procedures, managing assigned work queues, and delivering accurate and timely outcomes.
- Verify and validate forms, system information, and transaction details to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Comply with quality, risk, and regulatory requirements by adhering to controls, maintaining accurate records, and escalating exceptions when necessary.
- Partner effectively with team members and business stakeholders to provide updates, resolve queries, and support a customer-focused operational environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancement opportunities and implementing innovative solutions within the work area.
- Take accountability for personal and professional growth through ongoing learning, skill development, and knowledge-building opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen knowledge of annuity, life insurance, and financial services operations.
- Apply training, process documentation, and established guidelines to perform operational activities consistently and efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, seeking guidance and clarification proactively when needed.
- Effectively organize and prioritize work to manage multiple responsibilities and meet service level commitments.
- Leverage business systems, workflow tools, Microsoft Office applications, and other productivity platforms to achieve operational objectives.

Requirements Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, financial services, insurance, or transaction processing experience
- Good Communication skill with neutral accent
- Good Knowledge about MS office tools
- Bachelor’s degree (Non – Technical)
- Rich experience in US Insurance platform Usage
- Hands-on experience in US Insurance Domain, preferably Life insurance, annuities, and Retirement
- Critical thinking, Quick Learner, Flexible
- Open to Night Shifts
Preferred Skillsets:
- Proficiency in excel and typing is must. Minimum 35 WPM
- Good English written & listening skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment without sacrificing quality of work
- High degree of ownership and sense of urgency
