The Senior Analyst - ROI Operations at MRO Corp plays a critical role in managing and analyzing healthcare triaging process aimed at maximizing data accuracy for our health care clients. This position demands a detail-oriented professional with good communication skills and who will ensure high accuracy standards while meeting target goals within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:- Review provided documents, analyze requests, and determine appropriate routing or assignment.
- Assess and categorize incoming requests by examining supporting documentation, identifying request type and priority, and assigning them to the correct team or individual.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards.
- Maintain and update internal databases, safeguarding data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve target-driven objectives.
- Adapt to different work shifts and manage workload efficiently under pressure.
- Support data analysis and process refinement to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
