Overview
We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Area Marketing, to join our Global Business Solutions Center team. This role will partner with the Regional Marketing team to support the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across priority markets and customer segments.
The role focuses on translating business priorities, market opportunities, and consumer insights into impactful marketing programs that drive engagement, brand relevance, and business outcomes. The position will work closely with Consumer and Product Marketing teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively across channels, partnerships, and platforms.
In parallel, the role will act as a marketing subject matter expert (SME), supporting regional marketing initiatives through campaign planning, execution oversight, performance tracking, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing mindset, the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and the capability to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Role• Partner with Consumer and Product Marketing teams to support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and campaigns aligned with regional business priorities.• Translate marketing strategies into well-structured campaigns and initiatives across channels, platforms, and partnerships.• Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives, including campaign launches, partner activations, and promotional programs across priority markets.• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners to ensure marketing programs are delivered effectively and on schedule.• Support the development and deployment of content, messaging, and marketing assets that align with brand and campaign objectives.• Track campaign performance and market response, identifying opportunities to optimise marketing initiatives and improve outcomes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, partnerships, and analytics to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business goals.• Ensure marketing activities follow governance, approvals, and brand standards, maintaining quality and consistency across all deliverables.• Develop presentations, campaign summaries, and performance updates that clearly communicate marketing activities, outcomes, and learnings to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position should have: • Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns or programs, ideally across multiple channels and markets.• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and execution within consumer or product marketing environments.• Ability to translate business priorities and market opportunities into impactful marketing initiatives.• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across marketing, product, sales, and external partners or agencies.• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly communicate marketing plans, results, and recommendations.• Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.• Ability to review work, provide constructive feedback, and guide teams or partners to ensure marketing outputs meet quality and brand standards.• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt, prioritise, and continuously improve marketing execution.
