Senior Analyst
Overview
The Senior Analyst provides operational, financial, and administrative support for corporate meetings and events. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless event execution through budget tracking, payment processing, contract administration, registration support, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, financially savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting complex event operations.

Budgeting & Financial Administration• Manage event budgeting processes, including gathering invoices and receipts, reconciling expenses, and maintaining detailed financial archives• Utilize accounting templates and vendor tools to track expenses, finalize event spend, and ensure proper reporting and archival documentation• Oversee payment tracking, refunds, reconciliation, and reporting for Executive travel (air, hotel, and ground transportation)• Process and reconcile all event-related payments, including:
o P-card payments for vendor goods and services
o Corporate card payments for venues, hotels, restaurants, transportation, production, catering, rentals, and related services
o Purchase Order (PO) management • Support expense reclassifications as needed• Track and manage hotel credits across programs and teams• Maintain and assign project codes as required
Contract & Documentation Management• Review and manage contracts and addendums to ensure proper execution, accurate payment terms, and timely deposits• Maintain organized electronic records for contracts, invoices, receipts, and event documentation
Event Operations Support• Source event materials and supplies such as speaker gifts, attendee swag, printed collateral, and other event needs• Conduct airfare analysis in partnership with our vendor as required
Registration & Reporting• Create, proof, and manage event registration websites using Cvent• Build and maintain event dashboards and reports to track registration and attendee data• Develop and monitor post-event surveys (e.g., Leadership Meeting) and report on results
Team & Administrative Support• Manage work-hour tracking for the team• Provide presentation and PowerPoint support for meetings and leadership events• Coordinate Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements with our vendor, as neededAll About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience• Advanced financial acumen with strong attention to detail in budgeting, reconciliation, and expense tracking• Proficiency in event technology tools such as Cvent, as well as expense management and reporting platforms • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-touch environment• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset• High level of professionalism with a customer-service orientation and strong communication skills
Desirable or Additional Capabilities• Familiarity with contract review, procurement processes, and PO management systems (e.g., The Source)• Ability to create impactful presentations and executive-ready materials (PowerPoint)• Experience with workflow tracking tools such as Monday.com and survey/reporting tools for post-event analysis• Relevant certifications such as CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), CMM (Certified Meeting Manager), or Cvent Certification (e.g., Event Management or Advanced Certification)
