Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong foundations across software design, testing, performance engineering, and operability. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-quality applications while ensuring reliability and performance across the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Software Design & Development
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure designs
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern engineering practices
Architecture Support
Contribute to system architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with scalability, performance, and security standards
Apply established architectural patterns and design principles
Quality Engineering
Design and execute unit, functional, and integration tests
Ensure high test coverage and reliability across services and applications
Drive defect prevention through early testing practices
Performance Engineering
Analyze and optimize application performance under varying workloads
Conduct performance testing, tuning, and monitoring to meet SLAs
Secure Coding & Compliance
Follow secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities
Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and guidelines
Code Quality & Reviews
Participate in peer code reviews to ensure maintainability, readability, and adherence to standards
Continuously improve code quality practices
Operability & Reliability
Design systems with observability, monitoring, and operational readiness in mind
Ensure systems are maintainable and supportable in production
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve issues across systems and applications
Minimize downtime through effective analysis and resolution
