What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve existing inventory control processes, developing new procedures as needed.
- Support the Supply Chain team by providing essential inventory-on-hand reports for processes such as Demand and Supply Planning.
- Oversee daily Sales Order processing to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage ERP system maintenance and network-wide inventory exceptions, including negative on-hand balances, past-due goods receipts, and shipping audits.
- Provide training and tools to cross-functional teams to enhance inventory control practices.
- Assist the pharmacy network with daily inventory challenges and ad hoc requests.
- Develop actionable reporting based on inventory exceptions to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the pharmacy cycle count process and generate reports on shrink, accuracy, and variance to identify areas for optimization.
- Conduct regular stockroom audits to maintain system accuracy.
- Support end-of-month reporting requirements for the Accounting team.
- Participate in annual physical inventories at pharmacy and warehouse locations.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate level).
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via email, chat, phone, and in person.
Bonus Points:
- Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams.
- Hands-on experience with physical inventory management.
- Background in a pharmacy-related environment.
