Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Senior Analyst, Internal Controls & SOX to support the internal control framework. Reporting to the Director of Internal Control, you will assist in the design, implementation, and monitor controls to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency as we prepare for public company reporting requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Executes SOX controls testing including design, and operating effectiveness testing.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.

• Participate in control deficiencies assessment and recommend remediation activities.

• Track and report the status of remediation efforts.

• Collaborate with auditors, providing documentation and support as needed.

• Assist in delivering internal control training programs.

• Contribute to periodic risk assessments and SOX scoping activities.

• Manage Workiva system access and provide user training.
   

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in internal controls, auditing, accounting, or related roles in a public company or accounting firm.

• Familiarity with SOX regulations and the COSO framework.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• CPA or similar certifications preferred.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
