We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join PTC’s Global Segment Sales Operations Team. In this role you’ll have global responsibilities across sales operations, go-to-market, and driving the corporate sales operating rhythm. With a mix of business acumen, stakeholder management, and analytics capabilities, you’ll create and manage highly visible deliverables which drive meaningful change within the organization at all levels.

The Commercial Operations group is relied on by the PTC Digital Thread organization for global reporting around historical performance, sales pipeline, and sales headcount. Our overall objective as part of the Commercial Operations organization is to increase productivity across our field organizations, accelerate deal velocity, and enable our field teams to continue providing value to our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive a strong operational cadence across forecast reporting, pipeline analysis, quarter close reporting, key stakeholder meetings and more
  • Play a key role in driving initiatives to improve sales processes, aimed to create consistency across the sales organization
  • Partner with regional sales operations, analytics teams, product segment teams, and inside sales across on-going operational focus areas and ad hoc initiatives
  • Assist in go-to-market strategy and execution to ensure all selling teams are aligned and prepared to start the new fiscal year in a position of strength
  • Be an advocate for data driven everything, evangelize insights on what’s working and what’s not working to help drive better views into PTC’s business

What we seek:

  • 3+ years of experience working in revenue, sales, or marketing operations. SaaS experience preferred but not required
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
  • Ability to drive projects in a cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think about the business holistically
  • Proactive and effective communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Technical aptitude to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies. Strength in Salesforce is strongly preferred but not required
  • Strength in MS Excel, and highly comfortable managing large data sets from disparate systems is a must
  • Experience visualizing data is a plus – Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, or another visualization tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Finance
