The Role

**This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.**

About You:

  • You are a fast learner who stays current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • You have excellent communication skills and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
    You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can manage projects from concept to completion.
  • You negotiate effectively while balancing multiple stakeholders and conflicting interests.
  • You have deep experience with content- and learning-management systems for commercial teams.
  • You’re passionate about scaling AI adoption, creating AI-powered processes, and measuring impact.

What skills do I need? 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or high-performance B2B SaaS sales (enterprise sales preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of sales-enablement technologies, processes, and best practices—plus experience embedding AI (e.g., GenAI prompt libraries, chatbots, predictive analytics) into each.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer-journey alignment.
  • Highly developed training, presentation, and written-communication skills.
  • Expert ability to collaborate and foster cooperation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
  • Proven project-management abilities.
  • Demonstrable understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, predictive modeling, agentic AI) and their application in software go-to-market.
  • Prior experience using AI to accelerate sales enablement (e.g., AI content generation, call-analysis tools, automated coaching).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure enablement and AI-adoption outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Manufacturing or industrial software background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs.
  • Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the Salesforce.
  • Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutions.
  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales- including but not limited to; training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
  • Responsible for tracking and analysis of courseware and sales enablement content usage.
  • Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss.
  • Supports frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.
  • Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
