- Analyze large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights, and translate them into meaningful stories that address business objectives.
- Create visually engaging and informative data visualizations, infographics, and dashboards to enhance the impact of data-driven stories.
- Craft compelling narratives around data insights that resonate with various audiences from technical experts to non-technical stakeholders whilst ensuring data stories are clear, concise, and relevant.
- Act as a bridge between data and decision makers making data accessible and actionable for the organization.
- Continuously refine and adapt storytelling based on feedback and evolving business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Minimum six (6) years of experience including at least three (3) years of experience in a data centric role
- Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, or related role
- Exceptional storytelling and data communication skills
- Preferred proficiency in data visualization tool like tableau powered PIN graphic design software
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities and familiarity with data analysis tools and languages (e.g Python, R, SQL etc)
- Knowledge of data storytelling best practices and experience in creating data-driven content for different media (reports, presentations dashboards etc)
- Understanding of data ethics, security and data privacy considerations
