We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented B30 Senior Analyst to join the Sales Enablement and Pricing Transformation (SPT) team within Global Commercial Services (GCS). This role plays a critical part in supporting Sales & Account Development (AD) organizations across global markets, driving strong data governance and process control to ensure high standards of data integrity underpinning sales performance and reporting.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of Pricing Governance and Pricing Tools and Analytics driving strategic decisions of pricing strategies across regions and segments. The role also involves data management and transformation into meaningful insights and dashboards.
- Own and manage Pricing Tools – Online tools like P2C, Offline tools like US PIM and Intl Velocity.
- Lead data management and dashboarding of above mentioned tools for US and Intl Pricing Review Teams.
- Execute and enhance Pricing Governance processes including accuracy and efficiency in managing variable and target margins for Sales Incentive in SalesForce for Opportunity IDs in stage 7 and above.
- Conduct periodic audits and validations of variable and target margin for Sales Incentive to ensure ongoing compliance with governance standards.
- Drive process control and standardization across regions to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle multiple BAU data management process automations with monthly and quarterly frequencies.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on strengthening data governance, improving processes, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Handle ad-hoc requests with a strong focus on problem-solving, data accuracy, and process adherence.
- Demonstrate ownership and informal leadership by driving best practices, improving controls, and contributing to a high-performance team environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and governance principles.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau; experience with use of AI capabilities in process enhancement is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM/data systems (SalesForce with exposure to Archer and PRSA Management for data governance and process control preferred).
- Prior experience in Data Analysis and visualization is preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume operational workflows with a high degree of precision and ownership.
- Structured, process-oriented mindset with emphasis on standardization and control.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
