Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team under the guidance of the Director of Analytics & Decision Science. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, work across departments to deliver analytics solutions, and support data-driven decision- making across the organization. As a senior team member, you'll develop and execute on business intelligence strategies and roadmaps, mentor junior analysts, and play a critical role in shaping how we use data to drive success. Responsibilities:

• Lead BI Projects: Manage and deliver small to medium-scale business intelligence projects, from planning to execution, ensuring deliverables meet business needs.
• Provide Data Expertise: Act as the go-to expert on internal data
  resources, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, project managers, and business teams to define reporting requirements and implement BI solutions.
• Deliver Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize tools like Power BI and SQL to create detailed analyses, dashboards, and reports for business teams.
• Drive Process Improvement: Develop standardized protocols for data extraction, management, and quality assurance.
• Provide Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, guiding their development and ensuring high-quality output.
• Provide Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of data management standards, prototypes, and reporting models to drive organizational goals.
• Deliver Presentations & Communication: Prepare compelling presentations and reports to share insights with management and key stakeholders.
• Keep Abreast of Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in healthcare and logistics.

Work Experience:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring team members or leading small projects.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and delivering actionable insights.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) and tools like Alteryx Designer is a plus.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams.
