Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI driven platform capabilities, part of a state of the art orchestration and automation platform;
- Analyze available data for training machine learning models or fine-tuning LLMs;
- Leverage composable frameworks for implementing AI driven capabilities as a single service or as an agentic flow;
- Collaborate with other experts and stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;
- Optimize deployed AI capabilities, ensuring optimal performance in high demanding environments;
- Share knowledge in the team and across other value streams.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, with 3+ years of engineering experience;
- Proficiency in programming in Python and/or Java;
- Experience working with event driven architecture;
- Solid understanding of latest AI/Machine Learning technologies, and frameworks;
- 2+ years of work experience in designing, training and evaluating (transformer based) models;
- 1+ year of work experience with implementing Generative AI applications leveraging composable frameworks (e.g. LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy) and API-based LLMs;
- Proven experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Haystack, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex workflows;
- Proven work experience with fine-tuning LLMs;
- Experience working in multiple multi-functional teams (engineering, data science, ops, product management);
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Proven problem-solver and fast learner;
- Passion for solving complex problems with AI/ML technologies;
- Value-oriented - you want to create solutions that bring value to our customers;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
