Senior AI Advisor – Shape the future of AI with Implement Consulting Group

Here are some of the areas where we hope you’ll thrive:

• Strategic AI advisory – Lead the development of bespoke AI strategies, use case discovery, and actionable roadmaps for our clients, enabling them to harness the power of generative AI and other advanced AI technologies.

• Client engagement & delivery – Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, from C-suite to technical teams. You’ll lead presentations, facilitate workshops, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality, impactful outcomes.

• Solution & operating model design – Architect AI operating models and guide team compositions, ensuring solutions are embedded seamlessly into client ecosystems to deliver measurable value.

• Commercial acumen & growth mindset – Work closely with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities across the sales and delivery lifecycle. You’ll draw on first-principles thinking and bring a vendor-agnostic approach.

• Project leadership & SME contribution – Take on project leadership roles in AI advisory work or act as a subject matter expert on broader transformation projects. You may also support small technical teams on specific AI development initiatives.

At Implement, staying at the forefront matters. The right candidate will help us do just that – by keeping up with advancements in AI, especially in areas like LLMs, agentic AI, and cloud platforms, while championing best practices across both our internal work and client engagements.

What you’ll bring

We’d prefer if you have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within management consulting, strategy, or digital transformation. Please note that previous consulting experience is a hard requirement.

On top of that, it’s a plus if your past experience has given you:
 

• Commercial & client skills – Proven experience working directly with clients across both sales and delivery phases. You’re confident leading high-stakes presentations and accountable for delivering impactful outcomes.

• AI expertise – At least 2+ years of dedicated experience in the AI domain, with a strong focus (minimum 6–12 months of recent, full-time project engagement for consultants) on generative AI, LLMs, agent-based systems, or other advanced applications. You’ve been deeply involved in at least one major LLM project. A background in machine learning – especially NLP – is a strong plus.

• Strategic & analytical capabilities – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design robust, scalable AI strategies and solutions for complex business challenges.

• Visual & structured communication – Ability to synthesise complex AI concepts and strategic recommendations into clear, persuasive, and visually engaging PowerPoint narratives for executive audiences.

Finally, we’d expect your educational background to include a Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
