Job Description
Summary
As a Sr Advisory AI Foundry Architect, you are responsible for discovering, designing, and delivering high-impact Agentic AI POCs on ServiceNow for enterprise customers. You operate as an execution engine, shipping working prototypes in 3-4 week sprints tied to measurable business outcomes. You combine deep ServiceNow platform expertise with the ability to scope, design, build, and demonstrate working AI agents under compressed timelines. You are equally comfortable in architecture reviews with C-level sponsors and hands-on technical builds.
What you get to do:
- Lead intake qualification and scoping workshops for POC engagements
- Design and execute end-to-end Agentic AI POCs on ServiceNow, from discovery to live working solutions, typically delivered in 3-4 week sprints
- Configure AI agents, integrate with enterprise data sources, and build reusable POC patterns and integration blueprints for team leverage
- Own technical positioning during sales cycles: conduct discovery to uncover AI use case fit, position AI products against customer challenges, and articulate POC outcomes to executive stakeholders
- Orchestrate AI engineers on platform delivery discipline, scoping evaluation, and POC delivery methodology
- Build and maintain reusable assets (prompt libraries, agent templates, reference POCs, integration patterns) that multiply team output
- Partner with Sales and delivery partners on opportunity qualification, technical validation, and post-POC implementation handoff
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
Essential:
- 8+ years of presales technical delivery on enterprise SaaS platforms, with demonstrable track record of shipping outcome based solutions under compressed timelines
- Deep hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform: low/pro-code configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and the Now Assist / AI Agent capabilities
- Proven ability to scope and deliver working prototypes in 3-4 week cycles
- Experience in running consultative customer workshops to drive business critical use cases
- Strategic thinking about AI in enterprise workflows: ability to identify fit for purpose AI use cases and articulate business outcomes
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Agentic AI, LLM integration, or AI-driven process automation
- Track record of building and scaling reusable assets / frameworks across delivery teams
- Experience in APAC or global presales functions
- Travel as necessary.
