A Day in the LifeJoin Enterprise Operations Insights, an established organization within Global Operations and Supply Chain (GO&SC), focused on delivering scalable, AI-ready analytics that enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. As a Senior Advanced Analytics Application Developer, you will lead the design and evolution of business-facing analytics solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, transforming how insights are generated, structured, and consumed.
You will play a key role in advancing AI-enabled analytics, modern data practices, and standardized development approaches. Working closely with Data Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, and business stakeholders, you will deliver end-to-end solutions while adapting to evolving ways of working.
This role requires strong ownership, continuous learning, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment. You will be expected to work across the analytics stack, contributing not only to front-end development but also to backend and data engineering activities such as data modeling, dataflows, and data optimization.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end analytics solutions, from requirements to deployment and optimization
  • Ensure analytics products meet Enterprise Operations Insights standards for data modelling, UX design, and storytelling
  • Drive adoption of AI-ready data practices, ensuring data is structured for scalability and AI consumption
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to align on architecture, dataflows, and optimized data structures
  • Actively contribute to building, testing, refining, and improving AI-driven analytics solutions
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication, proactive updates, and expectation management

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or application development
  • Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL for analytics development
  • Experience designing data models and delivering scalable analytics solutions
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional, global environments with strong stakeholder interaction
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) and modern data architectures
  • Strong communication, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement approach

Experience with UX/UI principles and familiarity with supply chain concepts are beneficial. Exposure to AI-driven analytics and modern development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, VS Code) is an advantage.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Czechia: 900,000.00 CZK - 1,350,000.00 CZK | Poland: 152,320.00 PLN - 228,480.00 PLN | 
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
