The Accounts Payable (AP) team at CoreWeave plays a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations with accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. As we prepare for future public transactions and scale globally, this team ensures vendor payments are processed on time, procedures are well-documented, and systems are optimized to support a high-growth environment. The team works cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, and Finance to create seamless and automated P2P processes.
About The Role:We are seeking an experienced and process-driven International Accounts Payable Lead to oversee global AP operations with a focus on automation, standardization, and efficiency. In this role, you’ll lead a team managing invoice processing and vendor payments, improve workflows, and help prepare for our future as a public company. You’ll partner with internal teams to drive automation, support month-end close, and enhance documentation for scalability and compliance.
In this role, you will:
Oversee global AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments.
Review and approve invoices and payment schedules.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Document standardized AP procedures to support scale and consistency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, and Finance on ERP and P2P systems.
Support month-end close, audits, and ad hoc financial analysis.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure policy compliance.
Lead and develop a team of internal and external AP analysts.
5+ years of experience in accounts payable, general ledger accounting, or related functions.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
Proven experience managing or mentoring AP teams (internal and external).
Proficient with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
Experience with global AP processes and understanding of international tax/AP compliance.
Strong documentation skills and a process improvement mindset.
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial controls related to AP and cash flow.
Familiarity with shared service models (onshore/offshore support structures).
Experience in IT, cloud services, or manufacturing industries.
Hands-on involvement in automating AP processes or implementing new P2P systems.
Exposure to global AP operations, including tax considerations and compliance.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000 . The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
