Role Overview and Objectives
The Senior Accounts Administrator reports to the Team Lead – Senior Process & Business Analyst and is responsible for the coordination and completion of administrative tasks supporting the transaction services functions. This role requires contribution to innovation, optimisation, and automation initiatives to reduce manual AP and AR administrative tasks.
What you’ll do
- Administering customer invoicing/credits, and subsequent allocation of cash receipts.
- Ensuring all related internal and external queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the maintenance of customer / vendor records and ensuring the appropriate updates for all new customers/vendors.
- Collaborating with the broader team to analyse, provide recommendations and implement process improvements
- Documenting customer/vendor status updates for the senior leadership team.
What you’ll bring
- Knowledge and experience in business performance and finance.
- Understanding of the business and technology strategies in which the organisation operates.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or a similar sized ERP system
- Knowledge of finance management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation, and project revenue.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage service deliverables, reporting and monitoring of team outputs.
- Ability to transform customer requirements into a technical solution and work according to deadlines.
- Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
