As the Senior Accountant, you will work on-site with our Boulder, Colorado-based team. This role supports OneTogether Solution’s responsibilities in handling administration and support for our clinics. OneTogether Solutions and the clinics we manage have a profound impact on the patients, families, and communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Work with controller, staff accountant, and CFO to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness
Work across multiple systems to maintain accurate records for multiple entities
Month Close responsibilities, including Balance Sheet account reconciliations, posting accrual and amortization journal entries, review of all accounts, and preparing monthly reports
Oversee Accounts Receivable, including posting of revenue journal entries and deposits
Weekly reporting
Assist in annual audits
Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive information
Requirements
Minimum one year required posting accrual journal entries
CPA preferred, not required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in multi-entity environment
Team player who can work collaboratively and independently with a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
Takes initiative in problem solving, completing assignments and researching issues as appropriate
Skills Required
