Support day-to-day clinic operations for an outpatient opioid use disorder facility: coordinate patient intake, supervise front- and back-office staff, manage reporting (CURES, clinic stats), handle administrative tasks (schedules, orders, deposits), assist with compliance, training, community outreach, and act as point-of-contact when directors are unavailable.

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and MSPs to manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and HIPAA-compliant IT inventory. Translate clinical workflows into technical specifications, prioritize and dispatch service tickets, assist with myEvolv and OpenDental support, coordinate IT projects and site builds, ensure incident response for PHI, document processes, and provide on-call support with occasional travel (≈25%).

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO and select executive team members, manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and executive communications; coordinate board operations and governance documentation; maintain digital document systems and organizational charts; serve as primary external contact for stakeholders and manage office logistics and company events in Boulder (hybrid). Ensure confidentiality, cultural competence, and polished executive presentation design.
