Senior Accountant

What You Will Deliver

• Oversee bookkeeping operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead month-end closing processes, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting to meet deadlines.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, driving team efficiency and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems to enhance accuracy and streamline operational workflows.
• Coordinate audit preparation and execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and corporate policies.
• Assist with any ad-hoc task as assigned by the supervisor.

Who You Are

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Finance Manager.
