ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions and Primary Duties
- Responsible for all cash related reconciliations, including, but not limited to, local cash, consolidated cash, and payroll cash
- Responsible for booking all corporate cash transactions – going through corporate cash accounts
- Responsible for the accounting of certain CBIZ compensation and retention programs.
- Responsible for preparing quarterly bank certificate associated with our debt. Establish productive relationships with other team members and departments involved in this process to ensure timely completion
- Conduct quarterly internal financial reporting surveys
- Responsible for completing relevant government statutory surveys such as reporting to US Census Bureau
- Responsible for recording / consolidating of the results of Captive Insurance Company
- Responsible for the review of the following:
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Areas in the public filings as assigned
- SOX control testing review as assigned, including review of certain applicable SOC reports
- Serve as a liaison between corporate finance and other corporate functional departments to promote collaboration and communications

- Bachelor's degree
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Effective customer service skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
