Provide administrative and operational support for the Indianapolis office: schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and events, manage mail and filing, support reception backup, maintain supplies and common areas, assist with workstation readiness, coordinate vendors and deliveries, and support office leadership on projects to ensure efficient daily operations.

Supervise audit engagements end-to-end, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Perform financial statement analysis, internal control assessments, GAAP/IFRS compliance, audit planning, risk assessment, workpaper review, and regulatory compliance. Use audit software and ERP systems and oversee team audit deliverables while developing industry expertise.

Provide administrative support for tax and advisory teams: prepare, proofread, and manage tax documents, client correspondence, invoices, and GoFileRoom workflows. Assist with tax return processing, office coordination, inventory, phone coverage, and other back-up administrative tasks.

Provide investment expertise and client service for retirement plans, conduct manager due diligence and preferred fund assessments, prepare and present investment reviews, manage RFPs and vendor relationships, produce reports using Morningstar Direct and Envestnet, and support strategic projects and participant investment advice.

Manage governmental financial statement, single, and compliance audits; lead engagement teams, ensure quality control, budgets, billing, and on-time delivery; develop client relationships; participate in business development; supervise, train and mentor staff; maintain regulatory and technical compliance.

Perform credit and due-diligence analysis for debt and equity transactions across lenders, funds, and corporate clients. Conduct fieldwork on-site and remotely, meet engagement deadlines, present findings, maintain required licenses/certifications, communicate across organizational levels, and travel as needed for client work.

Lead and deliver internal audit, SOX/ICFR, and financial reporting engagements. Design audit plans, supervise and mentor staff, research complex accounting issues, manage client relationships, generate business, and ensure compliance with PCAOB/SEC requirements. Hybrid role with client-site presence and travel as needed.

Provide client services for global information reporting (FATCA, CRS): register entities for GIINs, prepare IRS forms, monitor client inboxes, solicit investor W-9/W-8/CRS forms, maintain contact trackers, attend trainings, and complete special projects.

Coordinate, edit, and produce proposals, RFP responses, and presentations. Manage RFP intake, schedules, compliance tracking, content collection, version control, and review cycles. Maintain content libraries, templates, and checklists. Proofread, format, and ensure brand consistency. Support meetings, deliverable tracking, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and solution teams. Use document and collaboration tools and travel as needed.

Perform outbound prospecting within a territory using phone, email, and social to qualify leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, research target accounts, collaborate on account plans, and document all activity in Salesforce to support pipeline growth and KPI attainment.

Lead a team of BI/data developers to build and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions (Power BI, SQL, Synapse). Drive data governance, partner with stakeholders and security teams, present to leadership, and promote data-driven decision making across the firm.

Lead resource planning, staffing, and scheduling across offices; monitor utilization and deliver reports and forecasts; support workforce planning, stakeholder communication, and process/system improvements to optimize resource deployment and utilization.

Lead tax engagements including preparing and reviewing intermediate to advanced tax returns, supervising staff, reviewing workpapers and financial statements, researching technical accounting issues, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely completion and documentation using applicable tax software.

Sell AI advisory and transformation services by prospecting, building executive relationships, managing opportunities, and closing complex six- and seven-figure engagements. Position AI strategy, governance, Copilot, data optimization and collaborate with delivery teams to develop proposals, presentations, and executive business cases while meeting quotas and maintaining pipeline and forecasting.

Manage and grow client relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, account planning, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Coordinate internal teams, maintain CRM records, produce account reports, and provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to support retention and business growth.

Lead and build a high-growth AI sales organization as a player-coach: manage Senior Account Executives, drive revenue and pipeline, support complex pursuits, enforce CRM and forecasting discipline, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with marketing, alliances, and delivery teams to scale AI consulting and managed services.

Perform IT audit and SOX testing: assist with risk assessments, document systems and controls, complete audit workpapers, analyze complex data, present findings, and collaborate with client business and technical teams.

Manage a portfolio of client accounting engagements delivering timely financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger oversight. Supervise and train staff, review internal financial statements, prepare/review 1099s, handle payroll vendor interactions, maintain client relationships, adhere to engagement budgets, and perform occasional on-site client work in a hybrid role.

Provide administrative support to leadership and stakeholders including mail/package coordination, calendar and meeting assistance, receptionist coverage, expense processing, and basic business document preparation using Microsoft Office. Support regional projects, respond to client inquiries, and perform other office priorities as needed.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to three C-suite leaders. Manage complex calendars, communications, confidential matters, travel logistics, meeting and board materials, action items, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced, shifting-priority environment.
