Job Description
Responsibility includes the following, but is not limited to:
- Perform end to end accounts payable and employee payable process.
- Prepare and manage cash flow forecast and banking interfaces.
- Manage receivables, intercompany reconciliation, fixed assets, bank reconciliation.
- Maintain general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Perform month end close including preparation and analysis of Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss and financial / management reports.
- Prepare actuals vs budget travel and entertainment reports.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies.
- Assist in internal audit, SOX compliance, and external audit activities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders on any issue resolutions.
- Provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures.
- Prepare standard operating procedures.
- Drive improvements to streamline processes and enhance controls.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. CPA, CIMA, CA, CIMA, ACCA
- 5 years of experience in general accounting, especially in accounts/employee payables in a multi-country global organization.
- Understand accounting outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Taxes(VAT/WHT) of India and other Asia Pacific countries.
- Experience working with outsourced teams.
- Shared Services experience a plus.
- Experience in Netsuite or equivalent ERP systems.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team with people from different countries and cultures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
