Performance Objectives
- Coordinates accounting functions and programs.
- Prepares financial analyses and reports.
- Prepares revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
- Assists with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Maintains and reconciles balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assists with annual audit preparations.
- Investigates and resolves audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Prepares federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
- Contributes to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Collaborates with internal employees and cross-functional teams to support accounting, reporting, and operational needs.
- Maintains and supports ERP and T&E systems, including system integrity, user access, and process optimization.
- Trains teammates on processes and functions within the department.
- Performs other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree from a three or four-year college or university
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work evening shifts starting 3 PM IST
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
- Advanced financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, Sage Intacct.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
